Representative Samuels moved and asked unanimous consent that HCS CSSB 285(HES) be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading, and placed on final passage. There being no objection, it was so ordered. HCS CSSB 285(HES) was read the third time. The question being: "Shall HCS CSSB 285(HES) pass the House?" There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Samuels moved and asked unanimous consent that the House adopt the Senate letter of intent (Senate Journal pages 2261 and 2315).
